Rights by status

Read the row matching the status you would hold. Domestic citizenship rules remain country-specific.

TR

n/a - rights attach to citizenship status.

PR

Each territory runs its own immigration control; British citizens get limited leave to remain, not settlement (e.g. Cayman PR is points/investment-based).

CIT

All BOTCs became full British citizens on 21 May 2002 (except Cyprus SBAs): UK right of abode + CTA rights. Territory-to-UK direction is fully open; UK-to-territory is gated.

Member countries

Open a country for its domestic naturalization, birth, ancestry, and investment rules.

Scope notes

One-way toward the UK. Montserrat is also an OECS member - the only territory in two blocs.
