Scope notes

Switzerland linked via EU-Swiss free movement agreement rather than EEA membership. French Outermost Regions are EU territory: Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, and Mayotte render inside the France shape; Saint-Martin has its own map feature and is listed explicitly. St-Barthelemy left the EU in 2012 (now an OCT), and the Dutch Caribbean (Aruba/Curacao/Sint Maarten) are OCTs outside the EU - their people are EU citizens via Dutch nationality, but EU law does not apply there.
