All Kingdom citizens hold DUTCH (EU) nationality: Caribbean-to-European-Netherlands direction is fully open (right of abode). Naturalizing in Curacao/Aruba/Sint Maarten yields the same Dutch/EU passport.

Asymmetric but softer than the UK-BOT model: right of abode in the Caribbean countries is limited to those with a connection to the region, yet admission for other Dutch nationals is near-automatic with mild conditions. Note: Aruba, Curacao, and Sint Maarten are EU 'Overseas Countries & Territories' - OUTSIDE the EU (no EU law, no Schengen), even though their citizens hold EU citizenship via Dutch nationality. The French half of the island (Saint-Martin) IS in the EU as an Outermost Region.
