Naturalization after domicile and residence

Ordinary naturalization (naturalización concesiva) generally requires domicile and five years of immediately preceding residence under the Nationality Law. Shorter two-year tracks exist for statutory special categories (important services, prior Central American residence, recognized merit, or statelessness). Grant is discretionary.
